Part of the agenda at these fundraisers is the “Silent Auction”. To be successful, the silent auction depends upon donations from private citizens, area businesses and organizations. All the proceeds from the auction will go directly to the Thomas P Jasinski Scholarship Fund. We would like to invite you to be part of these exciting events by donating merchandise or a gift certificate. All items should be clearly marked "TPJ Silent Auction Donation.” This is to prevent recipients from attempting to return the merchandise to your store. We understand that this occasionally happens, and we will do what we can to prevent it. To help with the auction displays, please include a brief description of the item and the value of the donation as well as a brochure or business card. A tax receipt will be provided for all gifts donated which qualify under CRA’s rules. Each year The Thomas P Jasinski Scholarship Fund will continue to advance its mission of providing scholarships to students who demonstrate excellence in their potential for college or university business studies. The Thomas P Jasinski Scholarship Fund has enjoyed great success this year. Since the Fund was incorporated in May of 2009, we have managed to raise over $27,000.00 and have awarded three scholarships of $2000.00 each to three students. The goal of The Thomas P Jasinski Scholarship Fund is to continue making a difference in awarding scholarships to students who demonstrate excellence in their potential for college or university business studies. With the help of donations from supporters such as yourself, we will continue to enhance the fund and ensure that it will live on in perpetuity, thus providing assistance to business students.
